If you test drive a vehicle and would like us to hold it, please bring the means to put a small deposit down. This will allow us to know you are serious and we will not accept other offers on the vehicle for a reasonable period of time.
We do not accept trade-in's or payments at this time.
We do not offer financing; however we do accept bank loans. Rebuilt titles will sometimes require a larger down payment depending on your bank. Some banks will finance while others won't, and your credit score and debt to income ratio will impact the bank’s decision.
We do not work on cars that we do not own. We put 100% of our effort into our vehicles for a steady flow of quality automobiles. The planning and oversight needed for the production schedule depend on it. This allows us to meet our mission of fair prices and satisfied customers.
We are happy to provide "before" pictures of the vehicle upon request. We will also meet you at a mechanic shop to have the vehicle inspected as time permits. We will be present as the car is being inspected. You are also welcomed to bring your mechanic, or a friend who knows about cars with you. We will be happy to explain and discuss the repairs and any maintenance performed.

All of our vehicles are REBUILT salvage titles. They are ready to go and can be transferred to as many owners as needed. The term "Salvage" stated alone denotes an entirely different title that is difficult to insure and transfer the title on.
When we first acquire a vehicle, we are issued a Salvage Certificate or Bill of Sale. From there we take the necessary steps to obtain the Rebuilt Title.
Here are a few definitions and information:
Rebuilt Salvage means that a Salvage Certificate was issued to the vehicle and it has been repaired; All receipts have been turned into the State and it has undergone the State inspection, fees have been paid on it, and a Rebuilt Title has been issued by the State of Montana (Ref. MCA 61-3-212).
Salvage Vehicle definition according to MT Code Annotated 63-3-210 section (7): "Salvage vehicle" means a motor vehicle damaged by collision, fire, flood, accident, trespass, or other occurrence to the extent that the owner, an insurer, or another person acting on behalf of the owner determines that the cost of parts and labor makes it uneconomical to repair the vehicle.
When the insurance company is considering paying out on a vehicle, they take all fees into consideration; such as the towing, storage, time waiting for parts to come in, rental car ect. Often times this results in a very low damage car being paid out on from insurance.
If you are searching for a car, a side note to mention - vehicles 15 years old or more can be totaled and still have a clear title.
MT Title Manual Pg. 49 states:
A Montana Salvage Certificate will only be issued on vehicles that are newer than fifteen years old. To determine the age of the vehicle subtract the model year from the current calendar year.
